Mark H. Gitenstein (Co-Fndr & Bd President) is a retired American politician who served as the United States Ambassador to Romania. He was nominated by President Barack Obama on June 11, 2009 and confirmed by the United States Senate on July 8, 2009. He was also on the advisory board for president-elect Obama's presidential transition team. As of December 14, 2012 he completed his diplomatic assignment and returned to his legal career in the United States as a Special Counsel with Mayer Brown LLP in Washington, D.C. / cv
Dan Dimancescu (Co-Fndr) serves as Honorary Consul of Romania in Boston. A career in management consulting for Fortune 500 hi-tech companies includes teaching appointments or lectureships on the faculties of Dartmouth College (engineering and business), Boston University (business), and the Institute for Man & Technology in France. His career includes authorship of National Geograhic Magazine expedition-stories and recent co-founding of a documentary film company in Boston, MA. / cv
